To make a return, please register your return in our Return Portal here, or contact our Customer Service team with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
In the return Portal, enter the relevant order number and the email address used when you made the purchase. Follow the steps shown and be sure to enter all of the information requested, and if necessary, you can update your contact information here.
When your return registration is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. The email will contain all further instructions as to how to proceed with the return.
*Please note that the right of return does not apply to detergents and products with monograms.
